Daily Pantry Schedule:-

  2. Replenishing of pantry items as when required.
  3. Cleaning of Vending Machine, Kettles, and Water Dispenser etc.
  4. Refilling of Drinking water at cabins and Work stations.
  5. Arrangement of Lunch & Snacks.
  6. Arrangement of Board room during the meetings.
  7. Serving Tea Coffee and water on call basis.

  • Dusting of all furniture with damp and dry duster.
  • Scrubbing of all WCs Urinals and washrooms with specialized cleaners.
  • Cleaning and wiping of all metallic fixtures.
  • Dusting and cleaning of skirting.
  • Dusting and cleaning of all door frames and glasses with damp and dry duster.
  • Dusting and cleaning of dirt trap mats.
  • Cleaning of dry pantry.
  • Checking of toilets at regular intervals and keeping them dry at all given times.
  • Dry sweeping and damp moping of lift landing, entrance corridor and staircases.
  • Clearing of dry garbage to designated area.
  • Replenishing of consumable items in the washroom as and when used.
Interim Cleaning
  • Window cleaning inside and outside, wherever accessible.
  • Cleaning of louvers, grills etc.
  • Cobweb cleaning.
  • Scrubbing of hard floors.
  • Heavy vacuum cleaning of carpeted areas and upholstered furniture.

Periodic Cleaning
  • Spot cleaning, first aid, shampoo of carpeted areas.
  • Stripping and pressure cleaning of wash rooms.
  • Dry-cleaning of upholstered furniture.
  • Grinding, crystallization and polishing of hard floors.
Periodic cleaning is carried out under the supervision of professionally trained personnel with a crew proficient in the above-mentioned activity. Frequency of the periodic cleaning is worked out in coordination with officer in-charge from your side, at a separate cost which is mutually agreed.
